How to use it

Common questions
The VP9 WebM stores color and transparency together in one file. Converting it to a normal MP4 can remove transparency.
Some players do not display VP9 transparency. Use an editor or browser that supports VP9 alpha, and place the video over another layer to check it.
The frame count, quality, and edge refinement settings affect the price. When the file does not include a frame count, we estimate it from duration and frame rate. Upload your clip to see the final price before running it. A successful run is charged that amount, regardless of the provider cost.
Choose a clearly visible subject with good lighting. Motion blur, fine hair, and a busy background can make separation harder.
